UK WIDE COURIER DELIVERY

– We deliver to all UK Postcodes including Northern Ireland.

– Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will be provided with a delivery tracking notification, as well as an Expected Time of Arrival from our Third Party Delivery Partner.

• Orders placed will be delivered within 3 – 4 working days (excluding weekends)
• If a customer re-arranges, redirects, cancels, rejects, or refuses their delivery with our delivery partners without prior notice, Africshop.co.uk will not accept any liability for any continued delay or spoilage of fresh/frozen products that may occur from the extended period of the delivery.
• Order placed after 10am on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
• Once order has been dispatched, amendment/cancellation may not be possible.
• If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver may or will leave your parcel at a safe place within your compound.

Next Working Day Delivery – Starts From £9.99, and incremental is based on the weight of your basket.

Delivery by the Next Working Day, For Orders Received Before 12 Noon from Mondays To Thursdays.

CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is final. We have a short window to log and process orders to ensure it gets to you in good time, so we are unable to accept cancellations. Refund process may be initiated. For refunds, contact :

It is your responsibility to ensure an adult over the age of 18 years is available to receive your order. In the event you will not be home on the day/time of delivery, our Delivery Partners may provide you with an option to select a ‘Safe Place’ or divert to a neighbor.

– Delivery cost is incremental, based on your total basket price.

– On Checkout, applicable delivery cost will be applied based on the price of your basket and location. Minimum Basket Value Surcharge applies for orders under £19.99.
